These terms govern the operation of ViralBot, a content-distribution tool operated by Kamel El Rhazi ("the operator"). ViralBot does not offer accounts or services to the public; it operates exclusively on accounts owned by the operator.
ViralBot identifies short-form video content on YouTube, categorizes it, generates adapted titles, descriptions, and hashtags, and publishes selected content to TikTok accounts through TikTok's official Content Posting API.
All TikTok accounts connected to ViralBot are owned and operated by the operator. ViralBot does not act on behalf of any third party, and no external user authorizes their own account through this tool.
Use of ViralBot is subject to the Terms of Service of the platforms it integrates with, including TikTok and YouTube. The operator is responsible for ensuring that content distributed through ViralBot complies with those platforms' policies, including copyright and content guidelines.
ViralBot does not claim ownership of any third-party video content it processes. If a rights holder believes content distributed through ViralBot infringes their rights, they may contact the operator at the address below to request its removal.
ViralBot is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, including availability, accuracy of automated content selection, or uninterrupted operation.
The operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of ViralBot.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
